In a one-on-one personal training program, you will participate in an exercise program specifically designed for you based on where you’re starting from and the strength and fitness goals you have for yourself. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, get stronger, relieve stress or all of the above, Caroline will create a program that empowers you to reach your goals!
Kids Fitness & Mindfulness
Making movement fun and enjoyable is key to living an active and healthy life! During kids programs we’ll move, laugh and create a positive fitness experience through games, relay races, obstacle courses and more! We’ll then bring some calmness into our bodies and minds through yoga. Yoga will deepen body awareness, self-exploration and mindfulness. The yoga practice will include flowing sequences, balancing postures and breath/relaxation exercises. The movement practiced during each class will empower students to have positive peer interactions, self-confidence and gratitude towards self and others.
Workout with a partner (or two!) to hold each accountable and push each other inside and outside of the studio. Partner training programs will be designed with each person’s goals in mind, to ensure each session is efficient and fun!
