6 WEEKS of Strength Training, Yoga & Mindfulness, Empowerment Coaching…and more!
Each day you will complete a series of circuits focused on mobility, stability and full body strength. The sessions will include a different series of exercises to challenge you mentally and physically, to develop a strong and capable body. Every exercise chosen will include modifications to accommodate all levels. We will use dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, etc. Equipment will be provided.
You will particpate in an all levels yoga practice each day, designed to use the tools of yoga to support personal transformation while developing strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. We use the breath to move through the postures with safe alignment and appropriate adaptation. You will develop a focused and attentive mind, while simultaneously creating a feeling of peace and relaxation.
Coaching is a partnership offering deep insight and practical tools for adopting healthy behaviors to reach your desired goals. It takes into consideration your health and well-being from various aspects including your nutrition, physical fitness, emotional health, and mental wellness. Using this whole-person approach, coaching helps you identify areas for change, growth, and understanding so you can take action to achieve the results you want in your life.
You’ll be surrounded by a group of people who have a genuine desire to become stronger, healthier and happier. You’ll also be guided by your program coaches who can relate to where you’re coming from and who will support you each step the way and will be available outside of classes via email. We are all in this together. We are here to support one another and hold each other accountable. Plus, activities like this are just more fun with a group of like-minded individuals!
We will meet at the beginning of the program to set the stage for the next 6 week. We’ll discussion your challenges and goals to create alignment and direction as you move forward with the program.
We have found that these groups allow you to share and receive peer support really effectively! It’s a fun place to engage with each other about your experience and get access to health & wellness information including journaling exercises, healthy recipe suggestions, tips, articles, & more.
We will come back together at the conclusion of the 6 weeks to reflect on your goals & progress, and look at a plan for continuing the path to living your strongest, happiest & healthiest life.
We will provide you with a hardcopy workbook & PDF document full of coaching exercises, healthy living practices,
and simple, healthy recipes for you and your family to enjoy.
You will be provided with additional workouts and yoga practices during each week of the program, giving you direct access to additional movement options throughout the program.
We will provide you with a 6-week sample meal plan, including all recipes and grocery lists, & a 45-day subscription to the Plan to Eat meal planning program.
Prior to the start of the program, we will have a welcome dinner for all program participants so we can get to know each other, laugh a little and share our health goals with one another.
Once the 6 week program has come to an end, we will all come together to celebrate each other and the progress everyone made throughout the 6 weeks.
